CSV to JSON API

POST a UTF-8 CSV body to /convert. The first row supplies the object keys; values remain strings.

Quoted commas and multiline fields are supported. Empty input returns []. Duplicate or empty headers, malformed CSV, and mismatched row lengths return HTTP 400. Maximum body size: 1 MiB; maximum JSON output: 8 MiB.
